The Life of Alexander Dzigurski I
Alex Dzigurski (1911-1995) has been know in the art world for his unique ability to capture the essence of
the sea.
Many art collectors, art dealers and gallery owners have admired and commented on his use of color.
Combining a full palette of color to mix into sublime combinations, Mr. Dzigurski was able to translate, on to canvas, the true values he observed in nature.
The Chicago Tribune gave him the moniker “The Poet of the Sea"
