Alex Dzigurski II O.P.A.
Powerful seascapes and landscapes with a rich palette of color,
attract art collectors from all over the country.
Alex Dzigurski II is the son of renown artist, Alexander Dzigurski (1911-1995)
Born in 1968, in Mountain View, CA. Surrounded by art throughout his childhood, Alex
attended the American Academy of Art in Chicago, IL., giving him a strong artistic foundation. Upon graduating in 1990, he moved back to California to learn and work alongside his father. In an apprentice to a Master opportunity, Alex directly learned his father’s palette and technique. Painting from life, en plein air and in the studio, this was an amazing period of growth through collaboration, critique, and experience.
Inspired by his many travels with his mother and father, Alex painted many beautiful
destinations. These include Yosemite, CA., Glacier National Park, MT., the coast of California and Oregon, Grand Teton National Park, WY., Hawaii, Italy, the Alps, and the Sierra Nevada range, CA.
Represented by many galleries in the United States and collected internationally,
Mr. Dzigurski is the proud father to a son and daughter. He resides in California
